It was about 2years ago that I saw a lady on Insta talking about using castor oil on her face. I’d been looking for a new face serum and didn’t want to spend a fortune trying different brands that may not suit my skin. So I took the plunge and purchased the ingredients online. I’m still using the same ingredients I bought 2 years ago for about the same price as one tiny bottle of serum you’d get at mecca. I keep the ingredients in a cabinet that doesn’t get sunlight to make sure I’m preserving the quality and longevity.
I’m not one to gatekeep, so here is my secret serum recipe!!!
🌙 For a beautifully rich night cream, mix a few drops of the serum with some Nivea Blue Tin moisuriser. (Apparently, it HAS to be in the Blue Tin otherwise it’s not the same formula). Here is the Nivea Blue Tin link 👉 HERE
I’d love to know what your results are if you choose to make it too. I’ve been using this homemade serum for 2years now and my skin just loves it. I use it morning before I put on my makeup and before bed mixed with the Nivea.
I think I’m going to start using it on the back of my hands, because I can see them showing their age. 🫣
